• Precise GPS location

4. How We Share Your Information

With your club

Your name, membership status, and competition scores are visible to your club's administrators and (where appropriate) other club members within the app. This is the core function of the service.

With service providers

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

• Railway.app — application hosting and database
• Resend.com — transactional email delivery
• Clerk / Auth provider — authentication services

These providers only process data on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Club competition records (scores, results) may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes after account deletion.

6. Your Rights (Australian Privacy Act)

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure password hashing, and JWT-based authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your MusterSport account.
