These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MusterSport, including the mobile application, web portal, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by [Your Name / Company Name] ("we", "us", or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
MusterSport provides a platform for sports clubs and leagues to manage members, schedule events, record competition scores, and communicate with members. The Service includes a mobile application for iOS and Android, a web-based administration portal, and an API layer supporting both.
A club administrator creates the club account and is responsible for its use, including all members added under that account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Individual members join via a club code issued by their administrator. Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the Service.
Club subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are listed at mustersport.com and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Free tier accounts are provided without charge and may have feature limitations. We reserve the right to modify the free tier at any time.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@mustersport.com to raise a billing query.

You retain ownership of the data you input into MusterSport. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your club's data. You may export your data at any time from the admin portal.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will notify users of planned maintenance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MusterSport's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of updated Terms.
